SAP offers a rather long period to move to S/4HANA and this allows companies to evaluate carefully their own evolutionary strategy and to decide when it is the best time to carry out the migration. S/4HANA APPROACH TO THE PROJECT

The client acquires awareness of the HANA and S/4HANA benefits and the improvements they can bring to the business.

The fundamentals for the execution of the projects are laid; both the project teams of the supplier and the customer are specified; it is possible to prepare a prototype and the milestones based on the result of the Environment Analysis phase are defined.
